2.1. FRANCE IMMIGRATION owns all rights to the names, brands and logos « FRANCE IMMIGRATION », « EXPAT IMMIGRATION », « FRANCE PROTECTION SOCIALE », « MOBILITY COMPLIANCE GROUP », as well as the domain names france-immigration.com, france-immigration.fr, france-protection-sociale.com, expat-immigration.com, mobility-compliance.com.

All the Site, its general structure as well as the software, tree view, text, images, graphics, photographs, illustrations, diagrams, logos, sounds, animations, and any other material making up the Site are creations of the mind and are protected by intellectual property rights. These elements are the sole property of FRANCE IMMIGRATION or are used under licence in accordance with the law, and FRANCE IMMIRGATION alone is authorised to use the associated intellectual property rights.

2.2. The use of all or part of the Site, in particular its download, reproduction, transmission, representation or publication, for any other purpose than personal and private non-commercial use, is strictly prohibited. The breach of these provisions incurs sanctions set out in the Intellectual Property Code and the Criminal Code as copyright and trademark counterfeit, as well as sanctions set out in the Civil Code regarding civil liability.

3. Personal data/cookies

3.1. FRANCE IMMIGRATION implements a Personal Data (“Personal Data”) Protection Policy, which is available for Site users to consult (here).

Personal Data collected as part of the Candidate’s responses to job offers are collected for sole use in the recruitment process. If an application is unsuccessful, Personal Data will be deleted within no more than 3 months.

3.2. When using our site, the user is informed that cookies may be stored on their computer. A cookie is a text file which does not allow for user identification but is used to save information relating to their browsing on the site. The purpose of these cookies is to carry our traffic analysis and audience measuring to improve the site’s quality.
